About the assignment
At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We are now looking for a communicator for the Medical Products Agency in Uppsala.
As a communicator at the agency, you will become part of their communication function. The role includes tasks related to both graphic design and web editing. This means working on developing the agency's visual concepts and enhancing their graphic profile. Simpler editorial tasks related to intranet work are also included.

For this role, we are looking for someone who is creative, solution-oriented, and meticulous. You find it easy to collaborate with others and thrive in a role where you can take your own initiatives.

Examples of overall tasks:

• develop visual concepts and produce materials for both digital and physical channels (e.g., posters, roll-ups, and exhibition materials, newspaper ads, web banners, and digital campaign materials)
• advisory support on issues regarding graphic profiles and visual expressions.
• monitor, respond to, and follow up on cases for the web editorial team
• work with publishing content on the external website and intranet
• support the organization in developing web-optimized texts.

Requirements for the position

• Post-secondary education in graphic design, digital communication, or equivalent education
• Experience as a client and requirement setter towards external suppliers, such as designers and communication agencies
• Experience in producing physical/analog communication units, such as posters, exhibition materials, and magazines
• Experience in web publishing, search engine optimization, and CMS tools
• Documented good skills in written Swedish – with a sense of tone and language.
• Experience in producing digital material in relevant production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of image law, such as GDPR and copyright.
• Basic knowledge of the Accessibility Act for digital public services.

Desirable qualifications for the position

Assignment period and scope
The assignment is full-time starting in mid-February/early March and lasts for about 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The placement is at the agency in Uppsala, with some remote work possible.
